Ali Davis, Membership Chair

Industry Lead for Telco, Media & Entertainment, IBM

I am a seasoned advertising, digital media, entertainment and telecommunications professional with over 20 years experience. Having worked for, firstly, M&C Saatchi and latterly, Virgin Media, I have now joined IBM to use my in-depth industry knowledge to help bring their transformative technology to enterprise clients across the industry vertical and I am particularly focused on AI, Machine Learning and Blockchain.

I am passionate about helping women have the confidence to reach their potential - whether that be to pursue a role they've previously thought was out of reach, to change careers or push for that raise or promotion. I firmly believe WICT is brilliantly placed to support this goal, as it opens members up to an incredible network of women who are automatically pre-disposed to coaching, advising, mentoring and critically, introducing each other. I am therefore delighted to take on the role of Membership Chair.
