This event shines a spotlight on real career journeys across the telecommunications industry, celebrating the many ways people build, pause, restart and progress their careers.

Featuring a diverse panel of four telco professionals, the session will explore different entry points, experiences and pathways through a series of personal career spotlights. Panellists will reflect on their early career decisions, key moves and progression, and share practical advice they wish they’d known sooner.

Rather than a single career narrative, the discussion will highlight the breadth of opportunities across telco, making it relevant to early‑career professionals, returners and those considering their next step.
