We created Elevate to support and accelerate the career journeys of women by connecting them with experienced, influential leaders in the industry. Through meaningful, one‑to‑one relationships, Elevate provides a space where ambition is supported, potential is recognised, and growth is actively nurtured.

Elevate has evolved from a mature, trusted mentoring program. Our members tell us the experience has been transformative. It’s provided them clarity, confidence, and practical guidance that has accelerated their growth. Mentorship serves as both a safe space and a springboard. It’s a place to explore goals, challenge assumptions, strengthen leadership capability, and unlock new career opportunities.

Why join our 2026 cohort

We’ve relaunched our programme with a new structure and improved guidance to both mentors and mentees to help them throughout their mentorship journey.

Here’s what the 2026 programme will offer.

• We’ve partnered with Borderless as our programme sponsor. Together, we’ll provide clear guidance and best practices on goal-setting and strategy to help mentors and mentees get the most from their sessions

• We expanded our mentoring pool, including new mentors recommended by our Strategic Sponsors and Board

• Registrations will be open in January with paring taking place in February

• The mentoring pairs will run over the course of 9 months from March to December

• Mentors will commit to a minimum of six one-hour sessions during this period

• The programme is designed to be flexible, with sessions primarily hosted virtually, and optional face-to-face opportunities available at WICT UK & Ireland events
