How to build your resilience

Four sessions, starting 26th October 18:30-20:00, and continuing 2nd, 9th & 16th November

Holding your ground in an important meeting; not being shaken by a difficult conversation at work; knowing your stress triggers and avoiding them so you’re always at your best. These are things we all wish we could be better at.

So how do we develop the resilience we need to face challenges in the workplace and thrive?

Join us this October to find out. FeForte will lead us in science-based training and philosophical exploration including mindfulness practice. They’ve identified the habits needed to build your personal resilience, and will teach us to master them on this deep-dive training course. Each of the four 90-minute virtual meetings will be an opportunity to review practice, share new knowledge and embed new skills.
